Terms and Conditions
1. Program Participation
Enrollment in the Bootcamp constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Participants are expected to attend scheduled sessions, engage with activities, and utilize program materials responsibly.
2. Outcomes Disclaimer
The outcomes of the Bootcamp are not guaranteed and may vary among participants. While the program provides structured content, guidance, and support, results are dependent upon each learner’s individual effort, level of engagement, and personal circumstances.
3. Learner Responsibility
Participants are solely responsible for their commitment to assignments, attendance, and application of the concepts presented. The facilitators and organizers shall not be held liable for a participant’s lack of progress or performance.
4. Intellectual Property
All Bootcamp materials, whether digital or printed, are the exclusive property of the organizers. Materials are provided strictly for personal educational use and may not be reproduced, distributed, or exploited without prior written consent.
5. Code of Conduct
Participants must conduct themselves with respect, discipline, and professionalism throughout the program. Any conduct deemed disruptive, abusive, or contrary to the objectives of the Bootcamp may result in immediate removal without refund.
6. Limitation of Liability
The organizers, facilitators, and any affiliated partners disclaim all liability for personal, academic, or financial outcomes arising from participation in the Bootcamp. Participation is undertaken at the sole risk of the learner.
7. Foundational Beliefs on Identity
My Family First believes and teaches that Identity is rooted in God's image and likeness (Genesis 1:26-27). This principle serves as the core foundation for our approach to learner development and self-discovery.
8. Amendments
The organizers reserve the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any such changes shall take immediate effect upon notification to participants.
9. Assumption of Risk and Host Venue Indemnity
The parent or legal guardian acknowledges that the learner will participate in physical, conversational, and interactive activities. The parent or legal guardian hereby indemnifies and holds harmless MY FAMILY FIRST (Pty) LTD, its directors, employees, facilitators, agents, and the designated host venue against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or medical expenses arising from accidental personal injury, illness, or the loss, theft, or damage of personal property belonging to the learner during the Event.
10. Cancellation, Refund, and No-Show Policy
All registration fees paid toward the Bootcamp are strictly non-refundable. Because resources, catering, venue bookings, and custom workbooks are secured and paid for upfront based on registration statistics, no refunds or credits will be issued for non-attendance, partial attendance, or late cancellations. Tickets may be transferred to an alternative learner up to 48 hours before the Event, subject to written notification and approval from the admissions team.
11. Emergency Medical Authorization
In the event of a medical emergency, acute injury, or sudden illness involving the learner during the program, the parent or legal guardian hereby grants full permission to the Event management team to authorize immediate medical treatment, first aid administration, or emergency ambulance transit to the nearest healthcare facility. The parent or legal guardian explicitly agrees to accept sole financial responsibility for any and all associated medical, hospital, and transport costs incurred.
12. Media and Photographic Release
The parent or legal guardian hereby grants MY FAMILY FIRST (Pty) LTD the absolute, royalty-free right to capture and use photographic images, video recordings, and audio logs of the learner during the Event for the sole purpose of future promotional campaigns, digital marketing, website layout, and official social media updates. No highly sensitive personal identifying information (such as home addresses or ID numbers) will ever be published alongside this media.
